21 Days of Prayer and Fasting: DAY 11

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

We are not doing this on our own, we are not doing this with our own willpower or strength. It is Christ in us that gives us the strength to complete our fast. Think of the fast in terms of one day at a time. Tell the Lord as you go to bed, I can do one more day! Thinking I have 10 days left can make it seem impossible. But through Christ, all things are possible. Trust in Christ’s strength to get you through each day.
