Children's Ministry

At Generations Church, we believe that developing a relationship with God starts as an infant. One of our biggest priorities is to provide quality programs for infants all the way through high school, where the gospel is taught, and God's love is shown. We want parents to take comfort in knowing their kids are being well taken care of, so they have the opportunity to pursue their spiritual growth in and with the body of Christ.

King Kids I & II

Birth - 23 Months

We believe that ministry begins at birth so we want to have a place where young children can learn what the bible teaches about God and His Son Jesus. Our small class size, illustrated “hands-on” interactive teaching, and loving caregivers make this ministry special for this age group. We look forward to welcoming your little ones to our class.

King Kids III & IV

Ages 2-3 | 4-5 | Grades K-1

We believe that your preschooler will love being a “King’s Kid” on Sunday mornings. From the time they enter their classroom, they will know that they are special and that God loves them. Our fun-filled “hands-on” curriculum will let them use all of their senses to learn what the bible teaches about being a child of God.

G-Force

Grades 2-5

We believe kids learn best when they're involved and having fun. Here, that’s exactly what happens! Your kids will learn about the love of God and how to live for Him in their generation, through relevant teaching, object lessons, and lots of fun! *5th Sundays, no GForce (kids attend main service with their families). 1st Sunday of each month kids will attend main service worship and communion, before heading into GForce class.

Youth Ministry

Real Youth Ministry exists to equip youth so by the time they leave your home they have a true, authentic faith. We accomplish this by focusing on 4 main goals:

Know: Knowing what Christ has done for us and knowing Him personally.
Grow: Creating environments that foster personal growth, biblical understanding and a deeper relationship with Jesus.
Serve: One of the best ways to understand our unique purpose is to give back by serving the church and community.
Share: In order to spread the Good News, we train youth on how to approach God conversations with friends, family and those outside our community.

Life Groups

Most groups meet every other week, either in someone’s home or at the church, for several hours to share a meal together, discuss a spiritual topic or sermon message, and pray for one another. This was the model of the first century church: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” (Acts 2:42)

Below are the different Life Groups and their meeting times and locations (some of the groups offer childcare for families with children under 12). For more information about each group, you can call or email the group leader and they will help you take the next step. Feel free to check out several groups until you find a group that “fits” what you’re looking for. If you ever need help in finding the right group, please contact our Life Group Director John DelaPena 512-775-8011
