At Generations Church, we believe that "belonging" is just as important as "believing" and so here are a few ways you can get connected and meet other people who are after the same thing!
Class 101 - "Discovering Membership"
Class 101 is the first step to connecting at Generations Church. In this class, you will hear about our vision, values, ministries, church community, leadership and much more! If you like what you hear, we would love to have you "partner" with us and help us accomplish the mission God has given us!
Class 101 is usually hosted on a Sunday (right after service) at our church campus. Lunch and Childcare are provided at no charge. To find out when the next Class 101 is, go to "Calendar/Events" page and search for "Class 101". To register, select the "Register Online" option on the event page, or fill out a Reply Card at church and turn it in at the Information Table. For more information, call the church office at 310-0888 or send us an email.
Life Groups
Life Groups are smaller community groups of five to ten families that meet during the week (usually in the group leader's home) for fellowship, bible study and prayer. The purpose of these groups is to intentionally connect (weekly or bi-weekly) and grow in our relationships with God and each other!
To find a group, go to the "Groups/Classes" page...or check out the Life Group section at the Information Table at church. For more information, call the church office at 310-0888 or send us an email.
Small Groups
In addition to Life Groups, there are other small group opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth: Men's & Women's Events and Bible Studies; Children & Youth Events; Christian Sports League (Softball, Football, Volleyball); and Weekly Discipleship Classes (DLT: "Doing Life Together") covering various topics like marriage, parenting, finances, and spiritual growth.
To find out more about our groups and classes, check out the "Groups/Classes" page or the "Calendar/Events" page on our website. You can also call the church office at 310-0888 or send us an email.
Ministry Teams
Serving on a ministry team is a great way to connect with your church family. Currently, these are the teams needing help: Nursery, Preschool, Elementary, Youth, Facilities (set-up / tear-down), Hospitality, Audio/Video, Ushers/Greeters and Prayer. If you have completed Class 101 and would like to serve in one of these areas, please call the church office at 310-0888 or send us an email.
